In the vibrant heart of Bangkok, within the charming venue of Sarnies Cafe Sukhumvit, our AlgoCafe event delivered an immersive two-day experience during Devcon. The gathering brought together developers, blockchain enthusiasts, and innovators to explore the vast potential of Algorand.
Sarnies Cafe Sukhumvit, with its welcoming atmosphere, transformed into the beating heart of AlgoCafe. Guests enjoyed artisanal coffee and refreshments while collecting Algorand merchandise and diving into engaging in meaningful conversations and interactive sessions. The space hosted numerous meetings with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and media representatives, providing an ideal setting to demonstrate Algorand’s capabilities and promise.
Our Algorand-Can campaign turned DevCon into DevCan, earning enthusiastic praise from attendees who loved the innovative narrative behind the campaign. The cans were different, engaging, tangible, and ‘tasty’!
To add a touch of local flair, we arranged complimentary tuk-tuk rides for attendees, whisking them to the main Devcon event just 10 minutes away.
Developer Workshops
The workshops attracted a diverse international audience, drawing participants from France, Guatemala, India, Singapore, and beyond. The AlgoBharat team made a particularly strong showing, while builders and startups expressed keen interest in node deployment and staking opportunities.
Mini-MBA Classes
Throughout the day, participants engaged in comprehensive Mini-MBA sessions that explored topics like Product Market Fit & Personas, Marketing, Branding & Community Building, Public Relations & Pitching.
As the sun set, the day culminated in a Happy Hour at the Funkytown rooftop terrace, where attendees networked against Bangkok’s stunning skyline, exchanging insights and potential collaborations over drinks and great vibes.
