Yahoo Finance: Fifa Collect Using Algorand

Yahoo Finance reports that FIFA plans to launch NFT collection ahead of the 2023 Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia. The collection, debuting on December 15, includes 100 NFTs and offers fans the chance to win tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026 final. Additional digital collectibles will be available on Polygon and OpenSea. The NFTs will be hosted on FIFA’s FIFA+ Collect platform, which is powered by Algorand and has seen significant engagement since its launch.
