This partnership aims to provide a transparent and fraud-free system for tracking game information in real time. Algorand's public ledger will store game results and verify player ratings, ensuring data integrity. Additionally, World Chess plans to use Algorand's platform to develop rewards and incentives for the chess community through internal currency and blockchain-based betting. This initiative marks a significant step toward mainstream adoption of blockchain technology in digital chess.
