Wired: Bocconi Chooses Algorand for its Fintech Laboratory

Wired reported that Bocconi University in Milan launched the Algorand Fintech Lab, a new digital space aimed at advancing financial technology applications deemed most beneficial for society. The lab, led by Professor Claudio Tebaldi, will focus on key areas such as central bank digital currencies, decentralized finance, and blockchain's societal impact. Algorand, founded by Turing Award winner Silvio Micali, was chosen for its low-environmental-impact blockchain technology.
