Several key indicators signaled renewed growth and ecosystem strength for Algorand in June.

Stablecoin market cap experienced a significant rebound, rising 49.5% to $64.97M, recovering from a previous dip. This resurgence suggests restored liquidity and renewed interest in on-chain financial activity. Smart contract deployments climbed by 22.64%, reversing a two-month decline, a strong signal of revitalized builder engagement.

On the DeFi front, Total Value Locked (TVL) saw healthy expansion: TVL(USD) grew 18.31%, while TVL (in ALGO terms) rose by 22.6%, reaching 761.3M ALGO. Additionally, Real-World Assets (RWA) TVL surpassed $90M, led by Lofty, reflecting a 6.62% increase month-over-month and highlighting Algorand’s growing footprint in tokenized real estate and tangible assets.

On the social side, Algorand Foundation’s X account saw an increase of 6.5%, officially surpassing 200K followers.

In the setbacks column, ASA (Algorand Standard Asset) creation dropped 62.71%, primarily due to TravelX pausing its on-chain activity. – Simon Bonanno, Head of Business Intelligence
