Business news outlet CXO Today reported that the Algorand Foundation, under its India-focused initiative AlgoBharat, has achieved two significant milestones: launching the first layer one blockchain protocol-backed Application Developer Course on NASSCOM’s FutureSkills Prime platform, and surpassing the establishment of 50 Algorand Blockchain Clubs (ABCs) at university campuses across India. These efforts aim to enhance digital skills and support the learning journey of India’s Web 3.0 developers, aligning with the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The Foundation has also invested in university engagements, including educational content, hands-on activities, and the upcoming Faculty Development Programme at BMS College of Engineering in Bengaluru. The initiatives are supported through various partnerships and aim to create a more inclusive economy through scalable blockchain solutions.
